If you’re staying at the Bellagio, your room is just an elevator ride away. If not, you’ll find it simple to get to and from the venue via rideshare, taxi, or monorail. The Bellagio is centrally located on the Strip, within walking distance of nearby hotels, dining, and entertainment.

Luggage storage is available at the Bellagio bell desk (main lobby) for hotel guests and conference attendees. SAPinsider does not offer a coat or bag-check area within the conference space.

No, this is an in-person event. However, registrants receive post-event access to all provided materials.

Cancellations received more than 31 days before the event incur a $250 fee.

After 31 days, refunds will not be issued, but your registration can be transferred to a colleague at the same company or applied to a future event within 12 months. Email events@sapinsiderevents.com for help.

There are onsite restaurants and a coffee bar in the hotel. Lunch is included with your registration on Tuesday, March 17 and Wednesday, March 18. Coffee is available in the Exhibit Hall throughout the event. Check the schedule for other special networking events or programs. A number of exhibiting sponsors host invitation-only breakfasts, lunches, dinners and receptions for end users - watch your email for invitations and to RSVP.

Valet and self-parking available at Bellagio (rates subject to hotel policy). Consider using rideshare or public transit to avoid parking fees.

Attendees from certain countries will require a visa to enter the US. SAPinsider no longer provides a letter of invitation. We recommend using your registration confirmation as proof of registration for the visa application. All applicants are responsible for meeting the visa requirements of the host country and should confirm details with their local embassy or consulate.

Bellagio offers 22 accessible Deluxe Rooms in the Spa Tower and 63 accessible Resort Rooms in the Bellagio Tower, with roll-in shower access, shower chair, lavatory rails, convenient closet shelving and lowered amenities. Learn more. Wheelchair and scooter rentals are available for a fee at the bell desk, on a first come first serve basis for Hotel guests. A refundable deposit is required.
