Erin Hughes is the Head of Cybersecurity and Compliance Advisory for the Americas at SAP, where she helps clients embed cybersecurity and compliance into their SAP cloud transformation strategies. With over two decades of experience across SAP product strategy, risk management, and client advisory, she partners with CISOs and CIOs to operationalize secure adoption of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and GRC solutions. Erin has held key leadership roles within SAP, including in the North America CIO Office and the S/4HANA Finance, GRC, and Security Center of Excellence. Prior to rejoining SAP, she served as a Director at KPMG and Head of Marketing at Greenlight Technologies (now Pathlock), where she helped shape the identity and access governance market. Erin is known for her ability to translate complex SAP security capabilities into governance models that align with enterprise risk and regulatory expectations.
