Frank Ciannella is a Vice President, SAP Chief Customer Office, heads the team in North America and is responsible for driving successful customer outcomes with SAP. Frank has more than 28 years of experience at SAP in a variety of roles and has been a leader in the Chief Customer Office for the last 7+ years. The Chief Customer Office provides thought leadership, risk mitigation, governance, lessons learned, leading practices, and success criteria to SAP customers and the ecosystem. Frank’s professional SAP experience also includes 12+ years leading large scale financial transformation consulting programs, 3 years working with CFO’s on how best to leverage SAP solutions, and 5 years on driving successful business outcomes for SAP’s strategic S/4HANA and HANA platform customers. Prior to SAP, Frank was an auditor at a national accounting firm. He is a licensed CPA.
