Jill Notz is a Partner at PwC with more than 25 years of experience in firm leadership across technology and finance. For the past five years, Jill has served as PwC’s Firm Controller, overseeing the financial operations of one of the world’s largest professional services organizations and playing a central role in strengthening financial governance, transparency, and operational discipline across the firm. Jill began her career in information technology, where she developed a deep appreciation for the role systems and data play in enabling scale and efficiency. Over the last two decades, she has held senior leadership roles across PwC’s finance organization, working at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations to modernize core processes and support the firm’s long-term strategy. Most recently, Jill has led PwC’s SAP Public Cloud implementation—the largest deployment of its kind globally. In this role, she guided the firm through a complex, enterprise-wide transformation of its core finance platform, helping to reimagine how finance operates in a cloud-based, data-driven environment. Her leadership has been instrumental in demonstrating how large, highly complex organizations can successfully adopt cloud ERP at scale while maintaining rigor, resilience, and trust. Jill brings a practical, execution-focused perspective shaped by decades of experience leading transformation from within the enterprise. A Florida native, Jill lives in Tampa with her three children. She is passionate about developing future leaders and building finance organizations that are modern, adaptable, and fit for the future.
