Kathy Romano has more than 20 years experience leading both strategy and operations for all aspects of the Order to Cash process in the Telecom and Entertainment spaces and currently leads the Consumer Revenue Assurance, Payment Operations and Fraud functions at WarnerBros Discovery. Kathy’s experience covers systems and operations expertise, coupled with the ability to develop a long-term strategy and deliver massive game-changing multi-year programs. Kathy is adept at responding to rapidly changing conditions and executing creative solutions to achieve results. Most recently Kathy led the delivery of an SAP BRIM solution for revenue recognition for WBD’s recurring consumer revenue streams. Kathy has been named to the Risk and Assurance Group (RAG) Hall of Fame for her pioneering leadership in the area of Revenue Assurance and is known throughout the industry for her thought leadership.
