With two decades of SAP knowledge, Norma Garcia is experienced in designing, optimizing, and implementing SAP to drive significant value across complex enterprise landscapes and served to bridge between IT and business. Her role includes support and implementing functionality of the supply chain processes across multiple countries. Comprehensive SAP rollouts and integrating government-mandated requirements, such as e-invoicing throughout Latin America and Europe with expertise in SAP SD, MM, FI and IDOC processing. She has participated significantly in the SAP migration to S/4HANA and upgrades by contributing to the successful transition of core business processes.
