Robert joined SAPinsider in December 2019 and leads the research and content development for the ERP, Cloud, Platform, and Cybersecurity topics. Robert has been working in the SAP ecosystem for more than seventeen years and has written more than thirty-five benchmark reports since joining SAPinsider. In that time, he has engaged with customers and vendors through event sessions and webinars to understand their technology and challenges, and helped tell stories that are important to the SAPinsider community. Prior to joining SAPinsider, Robert served in multiple roles at SAP with the most recent being Director, Product Management, SAP Cloud Platform. Robert also served as Manager, Technical Support at Pilot Software, and Manager Technical Support and Educational Services at Accrue Software.
