With more than 15 years of experience in SAP testing, automation, and platform operations, Ty focuses on helping organizations reduce operational risk, improve system reliability, and accelerate innovation across ECC and S/4HANA environments. He holds a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (MSAI) and is particularly passionate about applying AI and intelligent automation to transform SAP operations from reactive support models to predictive and autonomous operations.
