The CIO Program convenes senior technology leaders on Pre-Conference Day for a focused experience centered on the decisions that define SAP direction, investment tradeoffs, and execution. It creates space to move beyond day-to-day execution and into direct engagement with others who set enterprise direction and are accountable for turning strategy into business results. Through interactive panels, facilitated discussions, and fireside conversations, leaders share practical approaches, pressure-test decisions, and engage with leaders who navigate board expectations, influence capital decisions, and shape partnerships that accelerate transformation at scale. Grounded in the issues CIOs are actively managing, the experience brings together leaders facing similar mandates to compare strategies, challenge assumptions, and refine direction.
