Submission guidelines
What to include
- Speaker name, title, company, email, and biography (max. 250 words)
- High-resolution headshot for every speaker (300x300px minimum, square, jpg or png)
- Session type and topic area
- Presentation title
- Abstract of roughly 250 words (5-6 sentences) setting the context and challenge
- Three action-oriented bullet points: what attendees will learn
What we're looking for
- Real project stories — what you built, what broke, what you'd do differently
- Clear business outcomes: cost, risk, speed, or user impact
- Practical, take-home guidance rather than product overviews
- Current topics: AI, clean core, S/4HANA, security, data, and automation
Not accepted
- Vendor or product sales pitches
- Sponsored content submitted through this portal
- Sessions submitted by solution providers without a named customer
Speaker terms at a glance
Submitting a proposal means agreeing to the SAPinsider speaker agreement, privacy, and consent terms, including but not limited to:
- Speakers follow the deadlines, formats, and content guidelines set by SAPinsider, and collaborate with our team so the session meets audience expectations.
- Speakers confirm they have the right to present the material, that it is factually accurate, and that any third-party or pre-existing content is used with permission.
- Sessions are educational. Speakers may not conduct outbound marketing to attendees or distribute surveys, literature, or materials without prior approval.
- SAPinsider may display and distribute presentation materials and speaker information (bio, image, quotes), and may produce a follow-up article or interview. Speakers retain ownership and copyright of material they create.
- Confirmed speakers receive complimentary full-access conference admission (including meals and online documentation, non-transferable), presentation technology, and promotional support.
Full speaker agreement appears on the submission form.
